Surf therapy combines the physical activity of surfing with structured group activities to help promote physical, psychological, and social well-being with clinically proven improvements in social skills, relationships, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.

Surf Brigade is a multi-week curriculum based program facilitated by a cadre of volunteer veterans for veterans. We address the most common challenges veterans navigate with surf therapy at the core.

Clinical Therapy For Needs Beyond The Beach
Surf Brigade has partnered with Sound Off which is the first and only mental health resource for Veterans and Service Members that allows both anonymity and repeat contact with clinicians or peers. All interactions between those seeking support and those offering it are contained entirely within an app.
In addition to a clinician, or in place of, you can access peer support if you’re interested to talking to a veteran. And it’s all done via the app with complete anonymity.
